	Do you have a delivery charge?
	Delivery charge is 19.95 for orders in Milwaukee County. Call for delivery charge to other areas. We travel anywhere in southeastern Wisconsin. Extra charges may apply for difficult deliveries. Extra charges may apply for Saturday and Sunday deliveries.
	What comes with my order?
	Paper supplies are .79 per guest. We will automatically send these unless you tell us not to. Utensils and chafing racks for hot food are included.
	Do you set up my food?
	YES!! We set up EVERY order at no charge. When we leave, you are ready to eat.
	What is the deadline for ordering?
	We appreciate as much notice as possible. If you call after 2:00pm the DAY BEFORE you need your order, we may not be able to provide the exact menu items you wish. We will make every attempt to fill same day orders, but higher charges may apply.
	How do you figure delivery times?
	We will normally deliver your order within one half hour prior to your desired time. For example, if you request delivery time at 11:30 AM, we will arrive sometime between 11:00 and 11:30 AM.
	When do you pick up your stuff?
	There is no extra charge for pick up; however, we may pick up items the next day, UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY REQUEST SAME-DAY PICK-UP.
	Will you confirm my order?
	We will always confirm your order. If you order by fax or e-mail, please look for your confirmation and call if you do not receive it.
	Is there a minimum order size?
	Not necessarily, but orders under 10 guests may cost more per person.
	Can I get something that is not on the menu?
	Our chefs can prepare all types of food. Just call for a special quote.
	I have a party at my house. Can I use the corporate menus?
	Yes, but an 18% service charge applies to any food delivered to a private residence.
	What is your payment policy?
	We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and company checks. Qualified corporate customers can request direct billing.
	How long have you been in business?
	Over 20 years!
